I remembered this on my vhs recording of the MTV movie awards. I liked how they kept playing the commercials during each break that showed different versions of the commercial. Making me miss my childhood lol.

This movie is so wonderful! Considering it's not a very popular film when it comes to Jack Black and Danny Glover's career, I find it so lovely and comfortable to watch. It really is a true underrated masterpiece.

Estimable película francesa, dirigida por Michel Gondry, esta vez en su país, sin necesidad de demostrar más que sus propias ideas. El argumento es bastante loco, así como la realización, muy dinámica, a veces demasiada, excesiva en sus locas situaciones y con una entregada labor de sus intérpretes, sobre todo del protagonista, Pierre Niney, abordando con entusiasmo su desmadrado personaje. Un personaje al que, a la vez, dan ganas de abrazarle y otras de darle una buena bofetada, para que se calme y se centre. Tiene la cinta muchos temas, pero sobre todo aborda de forma desenfrenada, lúdica y humorística, el proceso de creación de una obra artística, en este caso, de un largometraje. Una película divertida, en apariencia algo desequilibrada, pero a la vez festiva e hilarante, que hace sonreír mucha veces y otras, las más, sonreír, por mor, del febril relato, que se sigue con interés pero que, es cierto, acaba por agotar. Y es que cuando finaliza, aunque te haya gustado, das gracias a Dios de que finalice, tal es la desmedida energía empleada en su narración. Con todo, está francamente bien, con escenas excelentes como la del protagonista con la orquesta tratando de crear la banda sonora del film que está rodando.
